Meet Stenly, our sales manager. He sells our solution, shocker. Truth be told his position involves much more than this. Stenly not only follows up on leads, but he also manages all our accounts and leads our up- and cross-sell. With his charisma, he signs on new partners and works with them to become successful. So, as you can see, his job description goes beyond that of a sales manager.

“I want to take Capptions to the next level and I know the company and its unique solution has the potential to get there. Being in a young and innovative team helps us to come up with new ideas. Also, I enjoy the freedom to grow and selling the kick-ass platform that we offer. “

Stenly joined our team on February 1st of 2016. He originally wanted to work for Capptions because he saw a lot of potential in the company. He had already worked for 2 start-up companies in the past and had a positive track record.

“What can I say, I love food!”

Besides working, Stenly enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their two children. They enjoy traveling together and are always on the lookout for tasty food. Stenly’s favorite is a well-cooked steak. To stay in shape, he enjoys swimming and meeting up with his running team in the park on Saturday’s.

“I have a healthy work-life balance. I have freedom over my hours as long as I reach my targets. I have enough time to spend with my family and I can combine both since it’s flexible. I can easily work anywhere, anytime.”

Stenly can easily adapt to any environment and many consider him being carefree. If he could choose anywhere in the world to work, Stenly would choose Bali. He loves Asian cuisine, and according to him, no one can resist the weather and beaches of Bali. Stenly is a great asset to the team and we are grateful to have him on board!
